Product Overview

Manual backwash disc filters are high-efficiency and reliable filtration devices widely used in water filtration in industrial, agricultural, and municipal applications. Working principle

This filter mainly consists of a filter unit, disc assembly, housing, and manual backwashing device. When water enters the filter, it flows through the tiny gaps between the discs, and impurities are trapped on the disc surface. As filtration progresses, impurities gradually accumulate, causing the pressure difference between the filter inlet and outlet to increase. When the pressure difference reaches a set value, backwashing is required. During manual backwashing, the backwash handle is rotated to change the water flow direction, causing water to pass through the discs in the opposite direction, washing away the trapped impurities and restoring the filter's filtration performance.
